Good premium if you are a non-smoker which keeps your cost low on your paycheck. Insurance is similar to most companies anyways which it's likely Blue Cross Blue Shield.

As of 08/11/19, the HDHP plans offered through Boeing have $0.00 monthly deductibles and Boeing will conribute between $500-$1,025 for individuals and $1,000-$2,050 for families to each employees HSA, at least for the St. Louis region. However, there will be slight raises for the monthly deductions for all healthcare plans, which is dependent upon three different pay bands where the more you earn the higher your deductible will be each month.

Best thing is that BCBS is great. Premiums are still not THAT much even though they did increase this year. Low deductible plan is generous and high deductible plan offers HSA.
