I am in the traditional plan so pay 15$ a copay per visit. Most doctors take this plan, Blue cross Regence. I had shoulder surgery and paid 0 after a 250 deductible. Mental health benefits are great too. A coworker had a child attend a rehab and paid only the deductible.

Health insurance covered a lot, and is very good. If I could afford the Cobra, I would continue to keep it.

Best: They have Blue /Blue Shield coverage. Worst: It had a lot of hoops to jump through every year.

From what I know Boeing provides insurance that is comparable to other companies with more than 100,000 employees.

Benefits were already moderate, and changes just announced represent a potentially large increase in employee cost especially in prescription medications cost. Increases in deductibles, copays and out of pocket maximums coupled with a restrictive mental health sub network add up to an overall diminished benefit.

Standard care that you would expect from major insurance providers.
Heavily company funded to keep employee premiums low.

As I have been told from parent's friends growing up, Boeing's health insurance is still top notch
