Compared to what I hear from people at other companies still a very good plan

Coverage was so-so and difficult to get full payment for in-plan medical and dental procedures.

Over the course of time, our health benefits have been somewhat eroded. Many people worked at Boeing FOR the benefits, and took a smaller salary than other companies in the area. Now that the health care is not as stellar amongst other employers, and the salaries are not increasing much, the tradeoff is questionable.

Great package with comprehensive set of medical, vision, and drug packages.

The 'old timers' still complain there is no retiree healthcare, but where can you get that today. The health insurance is excellent IMO.

Has many options for health insurance and multiple tools to help plan what is the best for your situation.

Healthcare coverage could be explained in a more digestible format so that young busy employees can easily understand what their benefits are in a timely fashion.

The best thing is the different options you have to choose from.
