Health Insurance

Several options including a no charge option. Vision and dental insurance are terrible.

The health insurance package has slowly declined, following the industry to high deductable plans, or traditional plans with per-paycheck contributions. Less than five years ago, all plans were free and had low deductables.

I am sure that it is average but the two stars is because it has eroded. It used to be first class and top notch, but in an effort to maximize profits at the expense of the employees cheaper plans have replaced the older plans. now the benefits are about the same as anywhere else that offers professionals benefits.

It was free and very good experience, never had a complaint as a patient or from a doctor

There are several health insurance plans available to employees. They used to be a lot better, but recently there have been unfavorable changes as a result of Obamacare.

You often don't realize what you had till it is gone. That is the case with me, Boeing and health insurance. Since leaving the Boeing Company, I have not had health insurance that cost as little and covered as much.

The health benefits are some of the best around.
