I am unable to rate this health benefit because I didn't use it. I was covered by my wife's BC/BS Federal Employee Insurance program which had lower costs and probably offers among the top benefits in the US.

Deductibles and premiums continue going up while networks get more restrictive. They dropped our options from BCBS and Aetna to only Aetna.
