You can choose between PPO or Kaiser (HMO). I like how Kaiser is all inclusive.

Should be better in terms of health insurance as it is the most important thing in any person's life and someone's family life.

Family high deductible plan is $108 a paycheck. $3k deductible with an 80/20 split after that and a max out of pocket of $6k for the year. They give you $1k towards you HSA account every year. Dental covers $2k a year and my dentist says that's a lot better than 90% of the plans he sees. I think dental is around $18/check. Vision is almost $6/check (Target Vision is the preferred vendor at this time). There's also a legal service, life insurance, identity protection ($6.44/check), accidental death/dismemberment ($7.88/check), long term care for immediate family, 4 weeks paid off for new fathers, 8 weeks paid for new mothers, dependent care FSA (nice to drop your taxable income with), critcal insurance (Met life - $5.40/check). There's a couple others I'm missing, but these are the ones I use or at the very least familiar with.

Competitive with many other companies. Had been one of the best until some rough patches of company performance 2009 - 2013 but things are now stable.
