Not sure of any formal 'program' but it is an intentionally diverse company. We celebrate diversity and the unique views we all bring to the table. There aren't many company holidays but we do celebrate Juneteenth and things like limited edition pride month swag are distributed to those who would like it. It's hard to quantify but Branch doesn't just talk the talk, we walk the walk too.
