Love that I control my own schedule. I do miss not getting together with co-workers for meetings or seeing them at work.

You get a $500 allowance when you start to setup your office and they provide the laptop, monitor, keyboard/mouse, and a USB hub. The flexibility and work/life balance from working at home is unbeatable! Most managers have small kids and completely understand when you need to step away. There's no micromanaging of keeping your icon as green as long as you get your work done.

Lots of flexibility in working from home or the office, if there is one nearby!
