Disability Insurance

These coverages are offered to you at no cost:

• Short-term Disability: Offered to eligible associates at 100% of your base pay for weeks 2-8 and 70% of your base pay for weeks 9-26. A one-week elimination period applies.
  
  
• Long-term Disability: Offered to eligible associates at 50% of your monthly pay up to $10,000 monthly for up to 5 years. An optional long-term disability buy-up benefit is also offered, which covers 60% of your monthly pay up to $15,000 monthly for 5 years.
