Too expensive. A company this size should be able to offer better benefits.

Limited options and the copay is extremely high. The deductible is exhausted fast so the co pay ends up being over $200 a bill

Very expensive monthly premium - more than I have ever paid. It's over $600 per month for myself and spouse. And then you have to meet a deductible of almost $1000 - and then finally the "insurance" kicks in. Even then it only covers 80%. I'm paying more to have insurance that I have ever paid in a medical bill.
In comparison my premiums at my previous company was $250 per month - and actually paid to cover my doctor's visit. I only paid $20 to go to the doc when I needed.
I figure I'm going to lose close to $8K just in medical expenses by working for CBRE. Awful.

High cost for low deductibles or low cost with high deductibles (i.e, $2,500)

Any plan you choose is going to have a pretty high deductible and standard doctor's visits are not fully covered. You will get billed more than copay for a check-up.
