the best thing about the health coverage is that it is comparable to others I have heard about. this is also the worst thing. CDW is a large company with reach in many places and to that fact I would expect a better co-pay and deductibles.

bcbs of illinois is the carrier

The PPO is in the mid 250s for most coworkers, and HMO is right under $200 for most per pay period.

It is somewhat expensive coming out of each pay check.

Not the best, but far from the worst. I am single and have a PPO and pay about 120 a month.

CDW uses Blue Cross Blue Shield and it provides great coverage for health and medical. They go above and beyond what many other Health Insurance providers offer for helping to grow a family.
