Support is great, great training, The con is that you have to meet certain scores when on phones; if you don't meet the right scores, you get put on probation to bring up your scores. There are different levels of probation, also. And you have to bid on shifts every 3 months that you want to work, and it goes by your performance if you get the shift you want instead af a set shift.

worst is expensive if you need healthcare

The monthly premiums are affordable, and the Out-of-pocket max cost is low.

Only high deductible plans but cost isnt bad per pay period. Company gives $500 in HSA on certain plans.

Aetna is a good insurance and with the discount prices it definitely a good option.

Expensive and not user friendly.

Job culture is not good as they talk about mostly depends on the team but otherwise it pretty average
