Whatever you get, divide by 2, that's what you recieve. They have a set budget that is divided between everybody who makes bonus, so if you want bigger bonuses, make sure other people don't make bonus. The less people who make bonus the more you get, which sends mixed messages

CVS does offer performance bonuses quarterly thru out the year. However, on the call center side their are usually very low amounts.

Performance bonus is Max 3% no matter how good you are. Expect about 2%. Frustrating that bad employees get same raise as you. Also they max your earnings by job title. So if you start above average pay at raise time they will deny you increase because you make too much.
