You may choose from two plans administered by UnitedHealthcare, a traditional PPO plan and a Qualified Health Savings Account (HSA) plan. In some states, a health maintenance organization (HMO) option is available as well. All plans provide coverage for injury or illness, preventive care, prescription drugs, and mental health.
