Yes you do get a performance bonus. However, they rebalance the formula to make it more even across the board based on business unit and account. My first year bonus was awesome... then it was cut down to a fifth of that. Major disappointment.

When CG pays bonuses they are good however, the communication around VPP is lacking and most employees would like to know what the payout schedules will be especially since they stopped paying out quarterly There are many employees thinking of leaving because of the lack of communication
