Not sure how it is in most companies but they charge a lot of money for benefits and you will still end up paying a co pay to see your specialist.

Fantastic health insurance offerings... affordable plans. Great onsite service options as well, for general medical. Dental plan is so-so, but what dental plan isn't. Overall the health insurance offerings are fantastic!
