Capital One has a great program for Professional Development, however makes it just about impossible for our department to use it. We have lots of training and education opportunities, however we have to use our work computer to do them, and we are not allowed on the computer except when we are working. With getting back to back calls, it makes it impossible to do any Professional Development. However our company is putting into effect where you can take up to 6 hours per quarter off work to work on Professional Development, or for health training such as nutrition classes.
