Dental Plan without Orthodontic
Dental Plan with Orthodontic
General Dental plan overall covers, diagnostic & preventative service 2x a year (cleanings, fluroride treatments, exams, x-rays, sealants), Basic Services (fillings, root canals, oral surgery, non-surgial peridontics, crowns, inlays, onlays, anesthesia), Major Services (surgical peridontics, bridges, dentures, dental implants)
