Basic Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Carpenter Technology provides, at no cost to you, a Basic Term Life Insurance benefit and a Basic AD&D benefit each equal to 100% of your annual Benefits Base Pay (rounded to the next highest $1,000) to a maximum of $500,000. Once you reach age 70, the Basic Term Life and AD&D benefit will reduce by 50%.
