There are two plan administrators, United Health Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield. You get to pick one in November each year. I don't know about BCBS, but UHC is not the best. You can make it work, but it can be a tremendous amount of trouble. There are a lot of limits and rules that are applied inconsistently leading to confusion and long phone calls to UHC.

Health insurance is not too bad. Major medical, dental and vision are all included. The cost split for premiums is something like thing like 10% / 90%, employee/company. There are also choices between PPO and HMO.

The health insurance plans available are competitive with other companies their size. Nothing very special.

Simplicity. You pay your monthly amount (about 10-20% of market cost) and your health care is covered. You can pay more per month and get fewer deductibles and out of pocket, or less per month and more deductible and out of pocket expenses.
The negative is that cost goes up each year.
