High cost, low coverage. wow is it bad.

I don't ever use the health insurance, but I do know it covers most stuff like doctor's visits and prescriptions. It also includes both dental and vision coverage.

Little expensive low deductible plan

removed the HMO plan and pushed all of us to the high deductible plans. Didn't go well with the HMO participants, who were enrolled for years into that plan.

It's pricey and minimal.

Very average set of plans with employees cost relatively high

High deductibles, low coverage, substandard HSA provider. Low dental and vision benefits

PPO and HMO plans offered

Thankfully, we are healthy & don't use health care benefits much so the available HSA plan is perfect. It keeps costs low for us and the company. Other PPO plans are also available for employees. Employee premium contributions are very reasonable compared to other companies.
