If you can hit a there bench mark you can get a bonus. But there is always a change like a rolling average. That makes it hard to know what your numbers are to get your bonus.

I love the performance bonuses here because it helps you make more money towards the things you need the most. If you are willing to put forth a little bit more effort you can make a nice check.
