Competitive benefits however I wish there was an option to insure my spouse since my benefits are better than her current employer.

Good networks, premiums are higher than they should be for families. Most of their HQ staff are old enough to have families, and this nonsense assumption of "Oh, your spouse's company's insurance will cover them and the kids" is self-defeating.

The Healthy Living plan requires a specific number of healthy living credits each year. With as much as I work there is no way I can obtain this so my insurance premium goes up each year.
