Many options to choose from. But Employee contribution is higher. Onsite health center is cheaper and easy to access and use.

Flexible choices, good networks, and overall excellent coverage. Recent push towards a high deductible plan with HSA.

Has covered everything my family has ever needed. The deductibles and maximum out of pocket for the high deductible plan are very manageable and the network of doctors has been very comprehensive for my family's needs.

The employee paid portion of the benefits is higher than other companies and the red tape required to get reimbursed is overwhelming. Example: There's a credit card that they issue for health care expenses but for every expense you are required to submit (fax in) supporting documentation. Not a very useful card and process especially when the card was used for a copay at a Dr's office or for contact lens replenishment.
