It's on par with what you would expect

VERY expensive thru the contractor---not cisco---However CISCO is hiring more contractors than employees

I have experienced better medical coverage for less premium and copays.

Many quality choices with inexpensive (for the current environment...) options: medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and incentive program that pays you to stay healthy and fit. I'd say Cisco has well-above-average health benefits probably due to its size.

Good options in health insurance coverage. From HSA to comprehensive out of network options.

Good rates and matching. Premiums seemed to go up every year. Would like to have a little more flexibility in selection.

If you have your family insured you get 1500K in HSA cash, which you can use towards your medical expenses. The rates are great for health insurance.
