In fact, to make it easy, we’ve implemented automatic enrollment for new hires! Cisco provides a 100% matching contribution up to 4.5% of the employee’s salary on a pre-tax or Roth 401(k) basis. Matching contributions are 100% vested at all times. We also help take the guesswork out of investing with professionally managed investment options like managed accounts and target date retirement funds.
