This benefit is primarily reserved for grade 11/12. I have been in AS and Sales with the same reluctance to approve.

Usually can claim $7500 per year but turns out while the company offers it, the benefit is at the discretion of the business unit you work in and comes out of their operating budget - some reluctance to approve things

If you work for Cisco for a year more, you can apply to your manager with tuition assistance, I think it's 10k a year.

I did get generous coaching

Great program. Only offered to permanent employees. Employee must obtain a B or higher average and carry books and tuition expense until end of quarter or semester. Expense can then be submitted for reimbursement subject to approval by hiring manager.
