401K Plan

ClickSoftware provides a 401k plan through Fidelity for all eligible employees. Employees may enroll with an effective date of the 1st of the month following 3 months of employment.

ClickSoftware provides a match of 50% up to 4% of eligible deferrals each payroll cycle.

The 3-year graded vesting schedule is as follows:

Year 1 = 35% Vested

Year 2 = 75% Vested

Year 3 = 100% Vested

A Roth 401(k) option is also available.
