They have great trainings for new agents

The expectation is to be extremely proactive with learning many tools that are available for utilization.

Job training was very basic. It was a lot of me learning on my own.

There are different classes offered by Coldwell Banker. I have yet to hear of an agent who has felt like training classes greatly impacted their ability to sell houses. The amount of leads many agents have in the beginning of their career is directly related to referrals coming from friends and family.

Great training, Richard came in for my session and told us what it is to be CB and was completely available for any questions or wonders we might have as new agents going into the whole process. Tom Selleck was supposed to show but did not

Learn as you go, dont know if your doing it right or wrong

They teach you how to do things but don't give you help getting leads

A lot of training opportunities, many are free but some require a fee.

I believe the training is an on-going, everyday thing and CBRB goes far beyond the typical real estate company!
