Comcast offers a really good Employee Assitance Program

Last summer my team was vicariously traumatized by viewing and editing raw violent footage. The EAP sent a counselor to the newsroom over the weekend. I stopped in to see her - she was extremely knowledgeable and competent. Very helpful. And no - we didn't feel like outcasts when we used the service. Mental Health is very important!

The Employee Assistance Program is about average.

I never used this program, however what I read seemed ok

This is a very important benefit and can be extended to your immediate family even if they do not live with you. The helpful benefit can really make a difference when experiencing a crisis.
