$54,000 which is taxed heavily and you can put your own money towards it. Pretty low for a job that requires one to climb up poles and into tight spaces. Other companies that require one to drive a company vehicle offer life insurance plans that range in the hundreds of thousands and even into the millions if an employee happens to pass away or get injured in an accident that is not their fault while driving the company vehicle.
