no complaints. Several options and reasonably priced

This benefit is OK at best

It was standard and inexpensive.

Being someone who wears glasses, I really like the fact that I am given multiple choices as most companies only have one provider.

VSP was ok, about 150$ for glasses or contacts per calendar year

Local vision store next to the company accepted the insurance. Which made it easy for a quick pickup of glasses or repairs.

Vision benefits are pretty standard. Be sure to utilize the benefit every year (checkups, glasses, procedures, contact lenses, etc)

The Davis vision plan was limited and not accepted by many vendors and doctors. They should get a better plan and provide insurance id cards for this benefit to limit issue when an employee goes to a doctor or vendor office (group identification).

Mediocre at best in fact I hardly used it because most didn't participate.
