i have worked for the company for 15+ yrs and have had no issues with getting glasses. I get a new frame every 2yrs and update my lenses at the same time. The coverage is perfectly fine I have plenty of options in my area as far as where I would like to go. My last pair was a year ago with all the extras I wanted it was under $160.

Just ok, nothing that stands out
