The training is good to I like it

Totally horrible! What training?

Very little( but much needed) training dates and programs offered in the southeastern region. Most training (like 90%) offered in northeastern and midwest regions. Probably the most heartbreaking and disappointing aspect of the job. No access to precious training that could have greatly steered the trajectory of the compass group core values.

I learned a lot about garnishment and more

Trained on job, very little outside of work and usually picked by dm or mgr.
