It is an industry standard 401K contribution.

They obviously do not invest in CompuCom stock because the performance is not that bad. While CompuCom stock continues to hover just below/around $2.00 share.

They match but it accrues yearly and after 3 years you’ll have a max of 3% matched. Not great compared to other jobs.

pretty normal 3% like most organizations.

Low match, low grade investment options in the plan.

2 stars as it forces me to save the money and over the years, I do have a nice chunk of change. The match is laughable, but at least there is some amount put in.

They did a match but you gotta stay around for 5 years to get a certain percentage and 10 years to get a full 100%

Do use it if you can afford to do so. The company contribution is very low but if you are a saver, take advantage of it. Be engaged with your account as CompuCom flips the investments around from time to time without warning.
