Jan 2015 they downgraded the Cigna PPO to a Cigna FSA plan with an $8000 deductible. For the Day to Day employee with a family this is very expensive and the deductible is way to high.

the insurance is reasonably priced. But only one choice was given for this insurance it has a very high deductible no employee surveys were used in choosing the one benefits package we had to "choose from"
