Maternity leave isn’t paid in full. You only get 60% of your salary for the first 6 weeks, if you want to take the other 6 off it’s unpaid. Seems terrible for the area. Some companies in Charlotte give 16 weeks paid.
Pretty sure paternity leave is unpaid but don’t they have to offer unpaid time due to fmla?
