People I worked with who paid for this plan were unsatisfied with the coverage. I image most people go to the private market as I do. So this is not really a benefit.

Health Insurance to hourly employees is horrible, we can get a better insurance from out side market, I don't think any one has taken Health Insurance from CTG

The annual premium and maximum annual benefit were very closely linked. I think the correct term is a "mini-Med" and it didn't seem to have any sort of major medical component, including for accidental injury or major illness claims.
