I felt like we were thrown in with the wolves. At least training is very short but it pretty much is the exact same duration as your shift.

Job Training for Insurance Claims Processor was the worst, most unprofessional trainer that I have ever encountered in my life. She would go through her slides too quickly. She would go through them and didn't care if you saw them as she would just move onto the next slide anyway. The project had been damaged with sugar with made its projection poorly visible. Trainer didn't offer two (2) monitors to each employee (myself) and made excuses for the computer with two (2) monitors that I had been at that had been working and made excuses about how long it would take Concentrix to get it fixed.
