Performance Bonus

Front line individuals have the option to get performance based intensives. However, Managers roles do not, managers are "compensated" in their yearly review. Yearly review typically high performers are only given less than %2 raise.

I was doing well and on the bonus board when suddenly pulled into “training” while leads claimed the bonus. Underhanded favoritism. Happened more than once.

they do not exists. some of us received a card for xmas.

they do have this cute icon on your profile to see how your performance will get to the bonus.

You will earn good bonuses if you do your job.

The first year, it was surprisingly good. After that, it just depended. We really didn't know how they figured it out.

You had to be really high on the stack ranking to even see a bonus
