We have a lot of professional development as stated I have four certifications for my career as well as many other career developments that you can get started and completed so many I couldn't list them off I wanted.

some is standard, but there is a ton available if people want to take initiative to register for more

For anything outside of the company, they really do not provide. Everything is in house and sometimes you need external opportunities for which the company does not offer the opportunity to reimburse. (And if they do there is no visibility to it.)

mentoring is available and direction from immediate supervisor

Can apply for promotions always

Unless you're on a very new project that has guaranteed growth doesn't exist, if it does it's very fast
