iRise is the One Concentrix Global Mentoring Program. The art of Mentoring serves as a platform based on mutual learning, growth, and satisfaction.
We believe that Staff Resource Groups play an essential role in the business, and we continue to build our strategy to create more groups. We are proud of our Staff Resource Groups which are voluntary, staff-led groups that help create an inclusive culture. We currently have five SRG’s the Network of Women (NOW), Black Professional Network (BPN), ABILITY (PwD), and PRIDE (LGBTQ ).
The Concentrix Employee Assitance Program is a confidential workplace service that Concentrix pays for and is free for employees to access. Although you may contact us for any concerns, our scope, and provision includes consultation and counseling services on personal, professional, legal, and financial matters, and Work-Life Support.
The Global Concentrix Academy (GCA) sessions are designed to connect staff members with their peers for an exchange of ideas and information. The topics are presented by subject matter experts and leaders across functions and departments. Global Concentrix Academy provides live and recorded Virtual SME-crafted sessions on skillful topics, experience sharing, and company-wide information via a globally-accessible and mobile-friendly platform
