Work from home, flexible time

Work from home is allowed.

allowed for a career and flexibility to still get kids to and from school and activities. unfortunately often were treated as if always available even on evenings and weekends. Text or calls received to jump on your computer for a quick meeting, to pull together information, etc.

This is the feature than caused me to take a 45% cut in pay, so I could be home with family who needed me.

Prior to 2018 most employees were forced to work from home, they have now changed the policy and now want more employees in office.

Most jobs in the company are work from home. The company has a policy that it will pay for your phone line to be installed, but you have to force the issue with your manager to get them to pay. They will not pay for the monthly bill for phone or internet unlike other companies who reimburse this expense.

In a cost cutting attempt, Conduent closed many offices forcing employee who where not layed off to work from home.

Working from home is nice, especially when the weather is bad or there's a health issue. However, the process was rushed and we still don't have answers for a lot of questions that were asked.

Flexible schedules are nice and the work from home policy is great.
