Wellness Reimbursement Program

To encourage a healthy lifestyle, certain expenses are reimbursed including:

• Health club memberships, athletic fees and registration, weight loss programs, massage therapy, fitness equipment and wearable fitness devices.
• The maximum reimbursement is $500 per employee and $300 for dependents, to a maximum of $800 per calendar year.
