There were Multiple options to choose from

Offers HSA with HDHP and PPO also.

The coverage they have allows access to many doctors with no referrals. I have no real complaint about the coverage at all.

The Flex spending account which can be used for several goods and services.

2 high deductible plans that are insanely affordable at $9 and $35 per paycheck; and 1 low deductible PPO plan that I believe is still affordable at ~$85 per paycheck. On the downside, the provider options are limited to Aetna.
