The employee portion of insurance expense is reasonable, as long as you are healthy. The high deductible & then 20% copay gets expensive if you actually have to use it.

Best: I would say is it is Health Insurance and there are 2 options.
Worst: is cost vs what you get. If you don't follow exactly what Cummins' want they will threaten you with not giving you company contribution: Example is if you want a local bank to handle the HSA other then a bank in who know where and if you have a problem with it. It took 2 weeks to get fixed.

HSA plan was fairly typical for employer offered health insurance these days (as in Medicaid offered better coverage). Plan to pay into your HSA so that you don't have to cover health care costs out of pocket.
