Maternity & Paternity Leave

I got 2 weeks of paternity leave.

Maternity leave is separate from PL and is available for an extended period of time.

Did not apply to me but had other co-workers who were able to take full advantage

I never used maternal or paternal leave, but I know it is available.

New mothers get several months off, paid, and new fathers get several weeks paid. Paternity could be more generous, but overall great new parent leave benefit.
