Performance Bonus

salary raise a little bit every 3-4 month， only a little bit，too little to even mention as a bonus.

3% for top performers every quarter.

No bonus at Cyracom. Did receive this when I was working in a warehouse/cellular phone company Tessco. Received up to $2000 per year and a large sum to leave like $2600.

I think that it is unjust to rate the performance bonus more heavily on attendance than work ethic. One should always show up to work on time and not take days off, but if a sick day drops your rankings heavily, it will affect your bonus, so you're not encouraged to work hard to get the bonus since one thing can make such a drastic change.
