They do offer PTO, but it starts at two weeks and caps at three. It's substandard at this point and is actually a reason I'd consider leaving. As hard as you work here, and as profitable as the company is, considering the research showing the benefits of generous leave, you'd think DR Horton would re-examine its policy.

2 weeks First four years, Increases after that to 3 weeks. 2 Personal new personal days each year. Personal days do not carry over year to year, but vacation time does up to a certain amount of hours each year.
