The performance bonus was a real help. If you went above and beyond meeting production each pay period, you basically could receive upwards of half to a full paycheck extra in bonuses.

They change all the time. Once you start earning money, the comp plan changes and pushes out any incentives. Comp plans are promised, but never materialize.
